Who runs this site

AppifyLabs Studio, a sole proprietorship based in New York, United States.

For anything to do with privacy — including exercising the rights described below — the address is estudio@preciosalavista.com. Everything gets an answer.

What data is collected

None. There's no form, no sign-up, no account to create. There's no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and nothing that builds a profile of whoever is reading.

The only thing that exists is the technical log any web server keeps when it hands over a page: the IP address that asked for it, the browser, and which page it was. Those are kept by the hosting provider, Vercel, so the site can be served and defended against attacks. They aren't used to identify anyone, aren't cross-referenced with anything, and aren't exported anywhere.

If you write over WhatsApp or by email, what you send goes straight to those apps. This site isn't in the middle: it doesn't receive it, doesn't store it and never sees it.

Cookies

One, and it does one thing: remember which language you prefer to read in. It's called “idioma”, its value is “es” or “en”, and it lasts a year.

It identifies nobody, never travels to a third party, and can't be used to follow you across other sites. It's written only when you press the language button — that is, when you ask for it — which is why European ePrivacy rules treat it as strictly necessary and don't require asking your permission for it.

You can delete it from your browser settings whenever you like. If you do, the site goes back to picking a language from your browser's own setting, which is what it does the first time you arrive.

There are no other cookies. If analytics is ever added, a notice will ask your permission before anything is installed, and this page will explain it.

Third parties

The page asks nothing of any outside server while you read it. The fonts are served from this same domain rather than a font service, and the site's content policy technically forbids any outbound connection.

There are two exceptions, and you trigger both by pressing: the contact buttons open WhatsApp or your email client. From that point on, those services' privacy policies apply, not this one.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which acts as the infrastructure provider.

Your rights

If you're in the European Union, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your personal data. If you're in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to ask for its deletion, and to have your information not be sold.

In practice, since this site stores no personal data, there's no file of yours to request or to delete. And nobody's information has ever been sold, because there is none to sell.

Changes to this policy

If it changes, the date at the top changes. There's no email announcement because there's no list to announce to: I don't have your address.

Changes that could actually affect you — adding analytics, for instance — will also be announced on the page itself, not only here.
